By placing an order on CAKEZEE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Order Placement

Customers are advised to place orders at least 3 hours before the desired delivery time.

Custom Cake Orders

Customized cakes are available through direct consultation on WhatsApp.

Customization requests are subject to feasibility, design approval, and availability.

Order Modifications

Order changes may be accommodated before preparation begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.

Product Variations

As cakes are handcrafted products, slight variations in decoration, color, design, and presentation may occur.

Photo Cakes

Currently, CAKEZEE does not offer photo cakes.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure that delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

CAKEZEE will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information submitted by customers.

Complaints and Quality Concerns

Any concerns regarding quality, design, or delivery must be reported within 1 hour of delivery along with relevant photographs or supporting information.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding displayed on the website remain the property of CAKEZEE and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Right to Refuse Service

CAKEZEE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in situations involving fraud, abuse, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
